expert Scientific consulting for personal care, cosmetics, and nutraceutical supplement innovators — helping teams overcome challenges with scientific precision and strategic clarity
My Mission
I empower cosmetics, personal care, and nutraceutical supplement innovators to translate innovation into market-ready solutions, reduce technical risk, and accelerate commercialization through scientific problem solving and efficiency optimization.
Consulting approach
I started RRM Inventive Solutions Hub, LLC to share my expertise in solving complex problems and transforming innovative ideas into actionable solutions. My work is grounded in over 15 years of experience in Research & Development within regulated scientific environments, where I saw firsthand how evidence-based problem solving is essential for navigating complex formulation, safety, and development challenges across industries.
I approach consulting as both a scientist and a strategic partner. Every project is grounded in chemistry, data, and critical evaluation, with a clear understanding of how technical decisions affect product performance, compliance, timelines, and business outcomes. I also bring deep expertise in innovation strategy and intellectual property protection, ensuring that scientific development supports long-term competitive advantage.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work collaboratively to understand each product’s goals, constraints, and risks. This allows me to provide guidance that is scientifically sound, defensible, and aligned with the realities of cosmetics, personal care and dietary supplements product development.
Core principles that guide my work include:
- Scientific rigor and transparency
- Ethical and responsible product development
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Practical solutions that support long-term product success
- Innovation strategy and intellectual property protection
Expertise that Transcends Boundaries.
