About the founder

My name is Roselin Rosario-Meléndez, Ph.D., and I founded RRM Inventive Solutions Hub, LLC in January 2025 to share my expertise in solving complex scientific and technical challenges. Based in New York, NY (Eastern Standard Time), I work with clients across the United States and internationally to help turn innovation into real-world impact.

I hold a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from Rutgers University and bring over 12 years of corporate research and development experience. I am listed as an inventor on 53 global patents, including the formula for Maybelline SuperStay^® Matte Ink lipstick formula. I have also completed Applied Project Management training at Northwestern University to further strengthen my ability to execute projects on time and within budget.

With experience spanning consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices, I specialize in transforming scientific discoveries into practical, market-ready solutions. My goal is to help clients accelerate innovation, reduce risk, and achieve measurable results through strategic collaboration and execution.
